Exceptionally clean room, everything was great. The very pleasant staff working throughout the hotel. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Location not far from the bus station and the old town and Zamora castle, the walled city, the Douro-Duero River, many restaurants and bars and the city center...

Great location, within walking distance of key attractions and restaurants. The price was reasonable, especially considering the amenities offered. The host was helpful, providing recommendations for local tapas bars.
The facility could use some updating, as it felt old and not well insulated from street and guest noises. The bathroom had a stale odor and was cramped.

This place was mind-blowing! Our stay was super because it was clean, welcoming, and well located in the city center. The water machine at the entrance was jaw-dropping, and the woman in charge was a lifesaver with her helpful breakfast recommendations. The host gave us amazing local tapas bar suggestions and everything felt new and tastefully decorated. Stable wifi, close to supermarkets, air conditioning, and an intriguing room decoration made our trip unforgettable.

The value for money at this hotel was really good. The room was modern, tastefully decorated, and felt brand new. The location was perfect, close to supermarkets and just a short distance from the central plaza. The staff were helpful, showing us the best parking areas and providing us with recommendations. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, with no noisy neighbors and a peaceful night's sleep.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The location was perfect, with supermarkets and the central plaza nearby. The room was clean and had air conditioning, although we didn't really need it. Despite the slight noise from the street and other guests, it was a comfortable overnight stay to explore the city. The host was amazing and gave us excellent recommendations for local tapas bars. We were within walking distance of Zamora castle, the walled city, and the Douro-Duero River. we highly recommend this hotel.

I always stay at this place. Found my lost earring here. They have Wi-Fi, luggage storage, flat-screen TV, lift. Also, cots for babies. Pets allowed. Air conditioning. No smoking. I'll be back for Christmas.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the city near the central plaza and within walking distance of the castle, river, and many restaurants and bars. The room was clean and the decor was modern and tasteful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the wifi was stable and there was a water machine in the hall entrance.
The walls of the hotel are thin, making it easy to hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

The hotel offers free WiFi, so I could keep up with all the important cat videos. The tour desk was useful, in case I wanted to learn more about the city I didn't have time to visit.
The museum and the natural beauty of the area were so close, but who needs culture and nature when you can stay in your room with free WiFi?
